For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 3 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 3 | I am restoring a 1939 Chevy 1/2 Ton. Dad gave it to me this past summer in 2011. I am in the raleigh NC area. He had the bodywork done for the most part and many aspects of the mechanicals too. I am working on a few items I want redone and need to hook up the electrical harness. He bought a ton of parts for it and never finished it. Now I hope to and make him proud. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 4,217 Moderator | | Moderator Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 4,217 | Welcome Shawn. A lot of people lose interest when the job takes too long. Joining this forum is what kept me going, still took me 5 years. If you have specific questions, check out all the forums and post in the appropriate one. Hope you can do it.
