Because my ride is a '72 Chevy, I'm more of a lurker on Stovebolt.com, but a while back I saw a post about submissions for the 2012 Calendar(s). I figured "what the heck," and submitted a photo of my far-less-than-perfect Highlander pickup.
A couple of weeks ago, I received an email from John telling me I had a good chance of being included since they didn't get a lot of submissions of 67-72s.
But imagine my surprise this morning when I checked in only to see my ride on the cover of the Stovebolt2 calendar.

But wait. There's more.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.

Good for you, nice ride. Buying a calendar is like donating to the site. I'm still trying to get a high resolution photo sent.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.

uhm, we cover everything made before '73, so your '72 fits in perfectly.

Most of those guys are over on the 67-72 site tho'.
