I noticed on Sheridan's 46' web sight his OE brake/clutch pedal assembly has grease/zirk fitting on the pedals. I have seen 5 of the things and never noticed. I am rebuilding mine now and see no drilled and tapped holes for such. Seems logical and question this before. Something I need to modify?

Its been a LONG TIME since I had my 46 but if you have the pedals with the bushings in them I would think it'd be nice to drill and tap for a zerk whether it had one or not. Seems like a good place for it.

Did you check the shop manual to see if it was mentioned or discussed in a repair section?

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
