We got Matilda home from the ranch after having some help knocking out dents in the roof of the cab. Need to replace window regs and door parts. Are the cabs and doors, etc the same btw 1 tons and the lighter trucks? LMC and a couple of other vendors I called pretty much blew me off and said to check with a mechanic. Durrr... Also, door glass? I'd appreciate anyone that can share the finer points. She's a 47 AD...

51 doors are unique
52-55S1 doors are virtually the same but some odds and ends for the 54/55S1 are different
Front fenders are same 47-53 1/2 to 1 ton, 1 1/2 to 2 ton
54/55S1 are the same just as the older
Beds are same 47-53
54-55S1
Hoods are interchangeable for 1/2 - 1 tons but emblems change and '54-55S1 will bolt on the older trucks but the front emblem mount is completely different, same as the 1 1/2-2 tons
