Havent got my issue yet Tim but I can't wait to see it. I've followed your project ever since you stated posting about it. Love the effort you put into your site. Having two of them in pieces around here I can really appreciate the work you went thru and how accurate you've stayed to the original design.
Congrats.

Congrats Tim, amazing job! It's really, really nice to be recognized by folks who know what it takes to put together a vehicle that is as perfect as yours. And to be nationally recognized must really be something! I'm real happy with my truck and I've taken it as far as I plan to go, but it's so cool to see your vision and dream come true. Keep on truckin'!

Congrats! Cant wait to pick up this issue. Your truck is amazing. I love seeing great write ups about these Art Deco Chevys in Vintage Truck mag. A great article in the June 2002 issue featuring Bob Evans' 1941 "Wurlitzer Jukebox Kind of Chevy" has always been encouragement to keep at my truck. looking forward to adding this issue into the collection.

Congratulations indeed! It's always refreshing to see a faithful to original restoration in this day & age of hotrodding everything. With everybody putting bags on vehicles and dropping the to the ground, that look is kind of ho-hum because they all look the same. A tall proud original truck is just too cool.

That would be a thrill to have a truck in Vintage Truck. I think I have been subscribing for a couple of decades. I think it used to be called "This Old Truck". Congratulations Tim!

Just remembered too. With George VanOrden's 1955 NAPCO featured in the March/April issue and now your truck it seems Stovebolt is hitting on all cylinders lately. Again congrats!

Great looking truck and what a fantastic web site! I really like that wooden produce topper idea...I have been thinking of building something like that too. Guess I'll head over to Tractor Supply and see if they have the new Vintage Truck! smile

Thanks for all of the great comments from everybody. I am very happy to have my truck in print now. This weekend (Saturday) I am headed to the WI Auto Museum in Hartford, WI for a car show focused on vehicles made in WI! Any other Janesville trucks out there that can attend?
