The factory assembly manual for your style truck is pretty handy as well. NAPA online put in your year model, make and look in the electrical section. A lot of the big chain stores can order the rebuild stuff. The mom and pop local stores can probably get it for you as well. -W | | | | | Joined: May 2009 Posts: 135 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2009 Posts: 135 | I can probably help. From the illustration, they look like the generic brush set that fits virtually all Delco starters. NAPA or any other FLAPS should stock the brushes without having to mail-order them. Jerry

They're not that scarce or expensive! I provided a couple of references for rebuild shops in Tennessee on another thread- - - -check it out. Stan's Alternator and Starter in Pulaski, TN, or Todd's Auto Parts in Nashville should have a replacement armature, or a complete starter on the shelf. https://www.stovebolt.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=749625&page=2Jerry
