For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 13 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 13 | Hey everyone, I'm trying to locate a truck my dad had 20years ago. It was a teal green 63 c10 shortbox. He lived in cavalier, nd. A friend of his sold it from fargo,nd and was pretty sure it went to duluth,mn area. The only info I have from it was the old license plates that were on it. I am trying to get the VIN to help locate but no luck yet. I know its a longshot but hoped maybe the right guy would see this and make my day. I know I'd you've read this far you understand my Passion to find it. Anything that anyone thinks may help would be greatly appreciated! Please help me make this dream come true!

I would have remembered that, cuz mines a '63 too, unique trucks with the single round headlight bezels. I will keep my eyes open at local swaps and shows this summer. Lots of luck to you
I see a GM truck in your future!

Did you ever get the vin number? That would be real helpful. Just a thought.....do you have access to your Dad's old insurance info?? Might be able to get a vin that way? | | | | | Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 13 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 13 | I have searched the gallery but no luck yet . I also check to the insurance company but they don't seem to have anything on record I do know that the vin number would be the biggest help but am striking out. I appreciate the suggestions and bump to the top. If I ever find the truck I will be sure to post it on here ASAP. Thanks guys, Randall. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 13 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 13 | | | | | | Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 15 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 15 | Still Looking?? For the serial number try both the ins. company and the agent. Also the county might have some record of it. also if there are any old papers left around from when it was in use, or try the friend that sold it he may have something. Good Luck. Bump Steve | | |
