I am new to the site. I am working on my Grandad's 1966 Chevy LWB stepside. He bought the truck brand new, only vehicle he ever bought new. Gonna need a lot of work.

Welcome to the Bolt! It's good to have Grandpa's truck and to keep it in the family. The gurus here should be able to tell you anything you need to know. Just post your questions in the proper forums, and you'll get more advice than you know what to do with!!

Good luck, and keep us posted.

Nice project. Looks to be a lot of surface rust. Once you get that off it'll change the looks big time. Good luck. Keep us posted and, like Rich says, There is plenty of help here.
Good luck.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
