Hi...I am a '55 GMC owner as of May and am in the middle of making this ride "right" for me.... She came with a 250 Chevy 6 and a 4-speed granny...now with a t350 and Clifford headers and intake on the 250... She was not original when I got her so I changed the beam front and odd power steering set-up to fully adjustable coil-over with power disc brakes.... My neighbors know when I fire her up.... with the 4brl. carb and Purple Horney glasspacs, there's plenty of vroooom! I won't have anything that I can't drive...No Trailer Queen here...15 y/o taxicab yellow paint with chrome smoothies....
Other ride: '69 Firebird conv.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

Pity we can't hear it burbling through those glasspacks!
See ya around.

Bear, my truck, although it's got a Bowtie on the hood, has some Poncho DNA.(The rear axle came from an '85 Firebird)
Unfortunately some must give up their lives so others can live...
I haven't had any organ rejection problems so far, must just be the good GM breeding!
Thanks for sharing the pics.
