I just wanted to say hello. My new purchase is a 48 delux panel 1 ton. It was modified as an ambulance when new and a set of suicide doors were mounted behind the original side doors, which it makes it a little unusual. I also have a 1952 Chev sedan delivery ambulance. Love the old chevy 6's

Welcome to the bolt oldambulance. Sounds like you have an interesting ride. Keep us posted and we'd love to see some pics!

I'm sure you'll find other bolters from your area regardless of which "side" you live on smile

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

Hi oldambulance,welcome to the forum.
Here's a little feature you may find interesting, seeing as you obviously like 'Medical bolts'..... Joe's Ambulance.
There's some good reading.

As Alvin mentions, post up some pics.
Jock.
