Can I get a replacement, or should I be looking for a rebuild kit? Any suggestions on sourcing the parts? Any suggestions on getting a kit/tools to re-do the brake lines?

Look for the round hole in the floor, just back a few inches from your right heel. You can find a new master cylinder for a little over a 100.00. If its not to pitted you can get a kit for 25.00 to 30.00. Mine had corroded so badly the ears that hold the J-hooks were like cheese.
