This looks like it could be for the one ton panel (Fire rescue type)and not for the normal Suburban or Panel. It also may not be for the suburban or panel at all and fits something else, but what? What do you think?

In fact you may have given me the link. The guy has it all wrong. I posted it awhile back but no one came up with a good identification.
Just as info I bought a fiberglass one at Carters while at the reunion last month. Just today I fitted it and drilled the holes. It just doesn't fit back to the bumper like the old one and don't have the same lip but it's OK & will work....oh, the fiberglass brackets were pitiful but luckily I had my old ones. No more hunting one.
