Hello truck people! My name is JR. I recently became the very proud owner of a 58 Chevy Big back window long bed step side!! I love it almost too much and I thought this would be a great source of info. Lots has been done to it already and I have big plans for the future. Can't wait to meet lots of you and share build stories.
I am 45 years young and been fixing cars most of my life. I am ASE certified and am just about to break ground on my new shop. I hope to work mostly on classics and muscle cars and trucks, but I'll probably have to fix whatever to get by....
I'll be in touch with my trucks progress!!! Nice to meet you all in advance!

Hi JR, Welcome from Scotland.
The 'Bolt' is the place to be.
I wish you the best of luck with your new business venture.
See you around, assuming you're not too busy with work and all!

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

Welcome JR. The '58's are my next favorite truck style next to my 60-63 series.
