My truck story starts with a phone call to check up on some elderly distant relatives 2 years ago. They both were active in the old car community where they lived and knew of my interest in older vehicals. When I made the above phone call they asked if I had any interest in there 1967 chevy c10 fleetside. Why sure how much was my answer. Come down and look at it and we will discuss it was the answer. I'd never been to ther house and it was a 3 hour drive. When I got a chance to look the truck over the decission was made ,I'd take it. Again I asked the price the response this time was it was free for the taking. More to the story, my father in law worked at the G.M. truck plant in Saint Louis in 1967, he owned a white with blue interior 67 or 68 chevy c10 at this time (which this truck was from the factory) and my wife was born in 1967. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 4,215 Moderator | | Moderator Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 4,215 | Welcome blue, always room for another stovebolt addict.
