| | | | Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 35 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 35 | I have an old 56 chevy and something is slowly draining the battery. I can't figure it out. I have to disconnect the battery when I am not driving it.
Does anyone know of an old timer or someone reputable and reasonably priced who could diagnose and fix it? Also need a rear seal changed, as I am leaking a little oil.
The truck is located in the Adirondacks of NY and am willing to take it somewhere in the Northeast.

Connect your voltmeter to the battery and replace the fuses one at a time until you find the one draining the system.
