on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 37 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 37 | new to the forums. I am a retired truck driver and live in the lower mainland of British Columbia Canada. I have a 48 3 window p/u that was a mess when I acquired it, so I am making a kinda rod out of it. I clipped the front with a 80 camaro z28 clip, boxed the frame,Zed the frame 2 1/2 inches, made cross members, relocated the tank to the rear of the frame,I channeled the body 2 1/2 inches , and am in the process of chopping the top, also 2 1/2 inches.I have the chassis part roughley finished and can move it on its ownpower.. | | | | | Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 4,066 Bolter | | Bolter Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 4,066 | welcome, how about a pix of your rod...
