The instructions in the maunual say to use a centering guiode to reinstall the timing gear cover on a 216 to prevent the seal from leaking. Where do I get one of these?

Worked for me. Be sure to use teflon tape or another sealer on the threads of the bottom two bolts or they will leak oil.

(unless someone already did that for you).
As Tiny says, don't forget to put silicone on the threads of the bolts so they don't leak. I think Permatex 2-A or 2-B is specially made for threads- it is a non-hardening black goop and works great!
You can also use regular RTV-Blue o Red or whatever you've got lying around.
