Hi, I recently got a '61 K-10 with 235/4 speed on the floor. The truck will shift into reverse, 1st, and 2nd with the truck running or off, and can be driven in those gears, but in the 3rd and 4th positions, it's like there is no gear there. The truck was used in a lumberyard, and sat for a long time, so those gears probably weren't used much when it WAS in operation. the transfer case shifter shifts smoothly through all the 4wd ranges. Any ideas? I drove it in a field in hopes things would work loose, but no results there.
