Are the any kit or parts I need when I want to mount my old manual transmission to the new engine?

(assuming that you are swapping Generation 1 for Generation 1 engines)

All these parts should bolt onto the 350 without a problem, as long as the 350 is a pre-91 engine, IMHO.

There is a possibility of needing to drill and tap a new hole. Probably wouldn't hurt to install a new one even if it did, since you have it apart.

That's the reason for using the early parts, since the block-mounted starter will not clear the early-style bellhousing with the 3-bolt starter nose cone bolted into the bellhousing, and it's going to be needed for the rear engine mount with the crossmember under the bellhousing.
