I would go to your local automotive glass shop w/patterns of your old glass or even the old glass & have them cut new glass for you. Cheaper normally, don't have to worry about breakage & you shop locally..Joe

Just as Joe said,,,any glass shop should be able to cut that for you. Its all flat glass. Then you'll have the fun of replacing the weatherstrip also.
Good Luck,
Marty

As others said - by local if u can. If you need patterns for glass pieces, I think Jim Carter Truck Parts sells them.

I am with the rest of the guys. Go to a local glass shop. Ask for laminate glass, it is the same thickness as original. Chat up the people in the shop, maybe even take your truck down to order the glass. Ask for the setting tape and they will probably give it to you. I paid 30 bucks for each side of the windshield, ten bucks per wing, and 26 for the door glass. You can get it tented in various colors and darkness for and additional cost.

I agree with the guys above, and if it's a 5 window cab,you can still buy the corner glasses new.
If you have the original glasses it's the best possible templates you can get.
Some of the aftermarket stuff leaves a little to be desired.....
Any good glass shop will be able to do this.

Hello,
Glad to help out. I do this very same thing for my living ... custom and original glass, this is our family business since 1975. You can check out my site to contact me at the shop aglassenterprise.com toll free in the U.S. at 1-800-223-1141 we have original patterns for all every make and model vehicle made ( very rare if we do not). So you all know, there is a difference in the laminated glass. All laminated windshield is required to be .030 lamination, side windows, vents, back glass can be .015 lamination ( half as thick ). Know what you are getting for your money, I will try to get more information on the stovebolt for interior, insulation ,glass, channeling, clips, gaskets, etc.etc. that we provide at my shop. I can send pics and references for all work, hope to be more help here for the bolters.
thanks, restoman57

You guys are so organized to have saved that glass through your rebuild. However mine is long gone some 4 years ago. Therefore I'll be making that glass purchase and it won't be locally. My plan is to order the glass and take it and the truck to the glass shop and let them install it.
I'll need exhaust pipes and I plan on taking the truck to the muffler shop for that as well. I've spent 4 years on this project and I'm ready to drive.

glass installation isn't all that hard to do. The rear windows were the toughest. Most glass shops won't install someone elses glass.

Actually Jock I'll be in Va. from the 21st of July through the 4th of Aug. at Fort A P Hill near Fredericksburg. I am a volunteer with the Boy Scouts and we have a Jamboree every 4 years. This year will be the 100th anniversary of the US Scouts and probably one of the biggest Jamborees ever.
You should come by and visit if you get the chance, I manage a staff dining hall and would be honored to buy you a hot meal.

Coincidence or what! I'll be in Newport News from the 28th July 'till 9th August.(I was also a Scout too.)

Heck,if I keep going at this rate I'll be spending my whole vacation hooking up with 'bolters!(Mrs Jock won't be happy!) wink
I was also planning to go to Va. Beach to see Bills (Virginiafiretrucks) stunning firetruck.

Maybe we should organise an impromptu Gabfest. grin

BIG... We should take this to PMs. We're getting a bit O/T (sorry Joe blush)
