I drilled mine on the truck with the radiator/grill removed. In the future, when I take a crank in to a machine shop, I'll have it drilled there. Here's what use on mine. Do you guys use the stock balancer, or is there a better one you can recommend? | | | | | Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 9,671 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 9,671 | The stock balancer is fine as long as it's not damaged, usually by someone trying to pull it off by the outer ring with a jaw type puller. Simple job to drill the crank, they shouldn't charge you to much.
