1 dent and two holes in the oil pan going up the mountain. Is she toast or worth trying to fix ? Thanx ! cheerz !

probably lost a rod !unless the oil pump pick up got wound up in the crank and smacked the oil pan .

Oil pan holes usually mean broken-off rods, and they can spin around inside and do a BUNCH of damage- - - - - -broken piston skirts, holed cylinder walls, and definitely a scored crankshaft. You've probably got a boat anchor there!
