I have been taking pic’s along the way and now have them up. Any knowledgeable input on the front/back position of the extra outlet as well as flange orientation is appreciated before I carry on. I’m going to have the welder do the blockoff plate in the front pc, and then I’ll do an L.P.I. before attaching the front outlet. http://community.webshots.com/album/547970017qahQTi Curt B.

I have a split mani in my truck and the split is on the other side of the heat plate. Yours may work a little better because it will not interfere with the accelerator linkage. Under $5.00 at a steel supplier. The flange is carved out of 3" x 3/4" flatbar. I'm spoiled with all the right tools at hand ... It took about 15 seconds to cut the manifold.
