I'm a new guy on here, just recenlty acquired a 1947 2 ton Loadmaster big bolt truck. The truck has assumed a special meaning to me, an old man around my area had it setting in his field, it's been there a long time, he gave me the truck to either save or scrap, I chose to save it and when I told him his eyes lit up, I could see he truely approved of my choice and he now wants to take a ride in my newfound truck one last time once I get it fixed, So I have found a new drive in restoring my old iron, if only to see an old guy smile.

The things i need most are front fenders, a good hood, and a nice grill, I am also looking for the pans that go above and below the grill as well as the front splash shield

Be sure to post your needs/wants in the correct forum in the Swap Meet for the most viewing and responses. Lots of good info here on this site and all guys that are quite knowledgeable.
