I needed the 350 higher and back farther than they would allow, moved the rear end back 6 1/2 inches from info I dug up out of the H.A.M.B. form at the jalopyjournal.com site Good Luck with your swap

I mounted the cab using home made cab mounts I built from 4x4 square tube at a total cost of about $6. Mounted a modified original rad support on a couple angle brackets to the frame, and I'll let you know what I do with the bed when I get to that part. I didn't find anything too difficult to accomplish, and it was all cheap which was key for me.
