I wasn't sure what it was called until I found a discussion on the forum. I found a fiberglass aftermarket unit on E-Bay but would prefer metal. Anyone know a good source for my 53 3100? Jim Carter and Classic didn't have them.

Well i would say this place is the best place to ask (well really the swapmeet section here) there are many with a few extra parts.

make sure to get the clips with the delete plate

These are becoming one of the rarer pieces to find lately. I part trucks and in the last 7 I have bought only one had the plate. Not all have clips the buttons on many they are threaded with a nut and washer to hold them in place. Sorry I don't have an extra right now.

there was one in the swap meet for sale yesterday. I hadn't got to it yet tonight but someone had one for 20 bucks. Check it out.
