Can't wait to see the pics on how she's coming along. What's it got for an engine and tranny? What color you going to paint it? Any mods being done or is it going to be pretty much stock? Questions, questions, questions....lol

Is the Rockwell a T221? Where did you source the seals and bearings from? I need to do the input shaft bearing on mine and was curious as to where you got your parts from.

Whoa, pard! Did you say a Napco axle? Is it stamped Napco on the front? Let's see them pix!

Yes it is a napco axle and yes it is stamped with napco. I had the transmission and transfercase done in St. louis. I dont remember where they got there parts but they had some at the place i had brought it to.

You need to have them on a photo hosting site - like photobucket or webshots. Then you post a link from that site to here.

It's all explained here.

you should be able to get a brg and seal kit from most brg supply places(place that specialize in brgs, not meaning your local auto parts jobber)
I do have full parts llist and exploded view of a t221 .if you require it (persh has it listed on his pages). send me a pm with yor email address and I will forward it to you-10 pages

That truck is just plain awesome, Joe!!! I am also envious of the shop you are working in. How I wish I had something other than a dirty old barn to work in wink

Years ago when the piece that supports the rear bearing or the input shaft broke,I called Rockwell international and spoke to a guy in their Military Division. He photocopied the original parts view of the tranfercase as well as the part#s for the individual pieces.
