Did you find a source for the flex fuel hose? Thanks to Nate's suggestion over at
old-chevy-truck, I've been able to repair mine.

"...if you look at your old leaky flex line , each end is held on by a crimped bit of sheet brass , you can carefully cut this and the old hose will slide off the fittings revealing standard hose barbs , any Hot Rod or boat shop should be able to have a new hose crimped on or just use new std. hose with regular hose clamps ...."
On mine the brass wasn't barbed and I though it was too short to just clamp a hose on and risk it sliding off, so I flanged them with a big phillips screwdriver
AFTER heating them up with a propane torch. If you don't heat the brass it will split. A solid "tap" and some twisting of the screwdriver gave me a nice little flange. There was just enough room left for the clamps to fit ahead of the flanges for a secure fit that won't slide off.
