Just wanted to take a moment to say hello to everyone. I recently bought a 65 GMC c-10 that my father and I are working on. I just wanted to say a quick thanks to all those willing to share their "know-how" with folks like me. This site is by far the best thing around!!

Hi, and welcome! Drop by the McGavock High School Auto Mechanics shop sometime, and check out the 51 Chevy BelAir we're restoring. Not a pickup, but an old stovebolt just the same!

Welcome, Blue. There are a number of father and son projects happening around here. That is cool. You are correct in saying that this site is by far the best thing around. Those '65's are sure nice, you leaving the 250 in it?

Hopefully this link will work for photos. Let me know. I plan to update the photos as more work is done. And as for the motor, it still has the 230 3.8 in it. I plan on keeping that motor in it for the time being, but who knows what we may end up doing to it.
