Is your truck stock or hotrod ? If stock I would redo it. I have seen bucket seats in them from a Mazda truck they work ok. Door panels get some panel board from ypur local upholster and cut to fit and cover. We used flat stock and bent it into an S for each side to give it lift and then an inverted V from the center of the seat to each side to give it lateral stability. Top edge of the seat comes just below the back glass and has openings for seat belts. Width is nearly perfect.
