How is this done? The latch mechanism has been removed, so the only thing left is the cylinder lock where you insert the key. I has some "bow" in it to keep tension on the lock. Look in the edge of the door to see if you see a slim/thin clip that has sort of a lip on it that you can get a hold of and pull out.
