I replaced the cable, and now the speedometer works but not the odometer. Does anyone know of a place to get a rebuilt or new speedometer/ odometer assembly? Or how to fix this one? I can't see anything wrong, but then again I'm not sure what I am looking at.

My original odometer worked but all (and I mean all) the paint and numbers had fallen off. The replacement decals say to align the zero's of the new number strips with the original zero's. I couldn't do that so I just stuck on the new decals. That does not work! When the tenth's digit got to 6, the next wheel turned. When that one got to 3, the next one turned. I bought another one off E-bay.

This is what the speedo needle is attached to. The speedo input also drives the odometer thru a few gears. It is likely one of these gears that is stripped out. All you need is a spare unit with good gears and you should be able to fix the one you have. | | |
