From Steve :

For sale!

Here are some better pics of my truck. I haven't done much to it. I did add electric wipers and that's about it.

I'm selling it for $19,900. If anyone is interested, just email me. I have to to move along to the next project! (I just got my '66 Fleetside back from the paint shop and will send you a pic of it as soon as I get some taken.)

Front shot ... passenger side ... driver's side.

Thanks again.

In April, Steve added his 1966 Chevy C-20 to the Gallery. On this ride, we thought we'd include as many angle shots in here as we could, in case anyone is interested in the truck. ~~ Editor [an error occurred while processing this directive]

From Steve:

I purchased this truck in fairly stock condition years ago. It had a 235 3spd on the column. Body was almost rust free. Used it around the house for yard work hauling and light duty work.

Finally after about six years, I got the bug from a co-worker who was into street rods to do the same to my stocker. Yes, I finally succumbed and elected to fab a Camaro clip for independent suspension, power disc brakes, and power steering. It also has new 12 volt wiring, upgraded gauges, tilt column and a brand new bed. It has a 305 with a turbo 350 and Camaro rear end.

It's almost a frame-off rebuild less the cab. It runs down the freeway real nice and I get thumbs up every time I take it out. Of course, now it's too nice to use as a truck!! That's ok, I've got a '66 Fleetside that will be the replacement workhorse.
