I dont have the front drag link hooked up or shocks on it. Is it normal for these coil springs to be loose like that. Thanks | | |

We use a steel cable on the race car suspension to keep the springs from getting out of shape, mostly when jacking the car for wheel changes, etc. If you use the right length of shock for your ride height, the shock will establish the lower limit of suspension travel before the springs get out of shape.

I haven't bought the shocks yet but I was hoping that that would be what would keep them tight. I just wasn't sure if that would be too much pressure on the shock. I might look into the steel cable option for a little extra support if needed. thanks again | | |
