I thought that day would never come...Whoo Hoo !!! It hasn't had License plates on it in over 10 1/2 years, Life has been too busy for me to do anything to it BUT in the last year I completely went through it installed a new 350 crate with TBI, along with a 700R4, Heidts IFS, Trans am rear end w/ disc brakes, Etc... http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2784710830100410726qunqOd Its been a heck of a job but Ive had a blast Rodding it ! This Friday I have a appointment to get the transmission and the TV cable adjusted for the warranty and Saturday it go's to the alignment shop !! Congrats on getting your truck on the road. I am hoping mine will get to see more than the driveway, early next year. Just want to make a couple of structural comments. The rear shock and sway bar mounts are attached to the bottom flange of the frame. These two areas need to be boxed or gusseted. The constant flexing of the bottom flange at the attachment points will cause the frame to eventually fail. The load needs to be transfered to the web by gusseting or to the top flange by boxing.
I hope this helps, it is just the structural fabricator comming out in me. These additions will prevent major problems later on.

I took it out today after work AND PUT ALMOST A 100 MILES ON IT ! What a blast ! I forgot how cool it was to cruise around in it and the reaction that you get from people of all ages when you drive by,
I do got a few bugs to work out, The right side brake caliper seems to be hanging up a little, and a few other small things.
And Lonnie I couldn't agree more on the gussets for the shock mounts, Tomorrow at work Im going to make a couple and weld them in,
