Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 1,082 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 1,082 | hey guys, i was test driving my 57 chevy 3100 yesterday, and going about 50mph, and it was really windy ouside, and i guess the wind was really coming in under the hood through the grille and radiator, because the top of the hood was shaking about, almost seemed as if it would tear through. LOL. the outer edges of the hood was fine, just the center section.
any of you guys have this happen to you ?
my hood does have the 2 cross bars going from front to back, diagoanlly. probably just an old truck acting like one. LOL.

It will make a difference if the front tires are out of whack a bit.
