Looks like standard 1"x1/2" expanded flat metal.

Don;t know what it is off of but I have seen them. It definately does not fit that truck right. Maybe a GMC instead of a Chev?

Thanks guys,
next weekend I will get some better pics. I like it my self, think I can modify it where it is little bow ties. I need to find a bow tie emblem for the middle also. Anyone know where I could look? Thanks, Joe

The first thing I thought when I saw it was that it's off a Ford of the late 50's to mid 60's. I did a google image search and couldn't find a Ford grill that looks like it, though. I dunno, something about those squared off headlight bezels says Ford to me.

I would guess that it is something someone modified in their garage years ago. Doesn't look bad at all to me. If you like it, that's all that matters.

Some sound advice should you find yourself at the controls of an aircraft...

"Try to stay in the middle of the air. Do not go near the edges of it. The edges of the air can be recognized by the appearance of ground, buildings, sea, trees and interstellar space. It is much more difficult to fly there."

I don't agree, Tom, cause I've seen the ones in the gallery and they had lights like that. I like it, and I think this looks like it.

To me it looks like a Chevy grill for a 64-66 C10 with a different insert, probably homemade.

Yeah, it just looks like someone took the grill that came in it, hacked out the teeth/mesh part, and put that mesh in behind it.

It looks like someone welded in two rows of a logging chain. The trim rings for the bezels are missing, but thats definitely a stock-style grille for that truck.

Well guess i was wrong, the grill is a big truck grill(like a C60) that someone epoxied the metal stuff into. Thanks

jdl, I knew from the start it was a big truck grill, my question was about the insert.
