Has decent paint, has big window cab, has been sitting for 3 years. He says it runs good. Asking $3500, was wondering what it is worth when cleaned up. Could this be a Napco set-up?

Other things to ask:
- are the tires good?
- hoses, belts, etc? Little things, but they add up.
- If it's been sitting it will need a full lube job, wheel-bearing pack, and all-new fluids. Factor that in.
But if the body is clean and straight I'd be inclined to go for it.

So, when you look at them and a $$ amount comes to mind, reduce that amount by 15% or so. I've gotta believe any 63 anything anywhere is going to have some rust. But that's why they sell patch panels. You might as well go ahead and buy one each for each corner before you pick it up. Just a little reality therapy...
