If the body is really clean, no rust around windshield, etc. then I'd say it's a darn good deal. I have no idea if it's Napco, though. Ask for pix.
Other things to ask:
- are the tires good?
- hoses, belts, etc? Little things, but they add up.
- If it's been sitting it will need a full lube job, wheel-bearing pack, and all-new fluids. Factor that in.
But if the body is clean and straight I'd be inclined to go for it.
