Brakes can be relined, cant remember where in Tacoma relines them, but thats where my FLAPS sent my clutch and pressure plate off out of my COE. Most FLAPS can get you wheel cylinders or kits, and even master cylinder kits. Many of the vendors carry them as well. Your best bet is to look at the wheel and master cylinder where the numbers will be cast into the side of the parts so you know what your dealing with.
