If you consider shipping (NY to CA) and tax I believe the whole thing was about $180.00. sixtyfive c-10, I don't think I would do it again.  It would be interesting to hear from others if you have to go as far as I did to get a nice finish. The ceramic coating must smooth out the surface some. I think CAPS said the 220 grit finish would produce a very smooth result. They look like liquid gold. Did you have the flanges milled down to match the intake manifold flanges in thickness?

I am very familiar with various plating techniques and applications, but not cermakrome coating. I am curious as to how that will hold up to the high heat from the exhaust.
I am going to ask the local plating shop if he can do that. I will probably never have enough money in my old truck budget, but I really like how yours turned out.

And when you porcelinize them how do you keep from cracking the porcelin when you tighten the clamps?
