What are you guys recomending for fuel additives for long term storage or a couple of months down time if I have a tank of gas in my Bolt? Is Sta-Bil a decent product or is that just some sales gimmick? You can tell if it does go bad. It takes on a different smell, like turpentine or something. It is a good safe thing to do for the winter, even if you do fire her up once in awhile.

I got it out & it started on the second pull. Sea Foam is good also. It will perk up gas that has set for 6 months to a year.

He loves the customers to use Sta-Bil. It separates mixed oil and itself from the gas and usually collects in the carbs. I've had it happen to me, I won't use the stuff. He swears by Sea Foam if you're going to use anything,
