For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 101 Member | | Member Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 101 | When I bought my truck the booster/master cylinder had already been relocated under the cab. My brakes tend to tighten up when I drive my truck & I have no slack in my brake peddle. I have done everything but change the booster/master cylinder. All my local auto parts stores around here can do a darn thing with out the year and make of your vehicle. How can I match a master cylinder to the after market one on my truck??

The master being under the floor and the heat generated by the drum brakes expand the components, making the pedal firm up. Scott | | |
