Thanks everybody for the compliments on the truck. We are quite taken with her here.

Making good progress with her. Waiting on a new radiator which should arrive tonight, then she will be running. Next step.....stopping!

Welcome !!
Looks like a great starting place. I taught my step daughter to drive a stick over the holidays in the '59 4WD with 33' tires , she said that if she ever gets herself in an emegency and there happens to be a monster truck nearby she knows she'll be alright!
Have fun!!

Welcome '66. Oh by the way I notice by your stats that you are in Virginia. Go to this link for info on a, local to you, bolter event....
http://www.stovebolt.com/bboard/cgi-bin//ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=10;t=000635

I will try to attend. Think I'll make it, although its about an 18 hour haul for me from NW Florida. cool

Again Welcome....

Hey Wade,

Thanks for the heads-up. I wish I could make it but we already have plans. I will have to keep an eye on this stuff so I can attend some of these functions and get to meet some of you folks.

I am with Lumbergh. I learned to drive on a 62 F**d Falcon. I have driven 4 and 5 speed standard trannys, plus 5 speeds with electric splitter, and manual splitter, 10 and 13 speed Road Rangers, and last but not least a 5 speed with a 4 range brownie. If you think you get confused!! Wheew makes me tired just thinking about it. That is a nice truck by the way. Jimmie.
