I am getting closer to having my 65 together. I got the motor and trans in it this morning. I have spent the past few weeks getting the sheet metal smoothed out and rust repaired.

I hope to have it move under its own power again before Christmas. I have nearly $500 in parts coming this week to get me to that point. It is such a great feeling and motivator to see it coming back together. Not bad since the complete tear down and build-up started in June of this year!

I have also decided to paint this daily driver/ farm truck with the "Truck and Trailer" paint from Tractor Supply Co. I have heard all good things about it and they have the shade of blue I like for a reasonable price. Any one have bad stories about this paint?

I would push you to a more expensive line of paint, although, I have no personal stories about that paint.
If your happy with it when your done is what really counts.
