Any lessons learned on painting the fenders? Looks like they came out nice.

Rich'sToys green is my favorite color. InMy40s I used Omni bs/cc. Just make sure that the primer is real smooth. I wet sanded the heck out of the fenders with 400 grit sand paper

Looking good,I like the green too. I haven't had much time to work on my 51, been working on my 48 Willys trying to get it back to running. You'll really have a truck to be proud of when you're done. wink

stilllookin thanks. It's been a very long road. I hope to have it finished by March which will be a 7 year restoration. Funny how things go it was supposed to be a 1 year restoration.

Seems like they always take longer than we think they will. I wasn't bad mouthing your color choice--if I left that impression, I apologize. I just meant that the two tone green is a combination you don't see that often. But I like it.
It's obvious that you put a lot of effort into those fenders. Nice job!!

Looking good, last pic i saw had only the firewall painted. And I wasn't realy impressed with the color but hey that is really a good looking paint color. What is the name of the color?

The light green is British racing green and the dark color is a jade green.
