has anyone bought the pre-bent brake lines ? were they worth buying? or is it one of those situations where you would be better off making your own?if you bought pre-bent , who did you buy from? and would you recommend them?
thanks again

Inline Tube

Classic Tube

Also, many of the reproduction parts vendors sell sets from one of the above manufacturers (you can, of course, buy direct).

I have bought a few sets from Inline Tube and they fit very well. If you want to bend your own, buy the bulk stainless steel tube. I think you need a specialty tube-beeding tool to work with the double flare on a stainless-steel tube (someone who has done this will post better information).

I bought pre-bent stainless brake lines from Inline tube as well. Perfect fit.

I bought a fancy hand-hydraulic tube flaring tool, and still couldn't get a flare on stainless line. It's HARD!

Why bother with stainless unless you are building a show truck. Ordinary steel lines worked for a long time on these trucks, so new steel lines should outlive us.
