Well, this rotating image thing is working pretty well. Check out the ones for this week.

If I can, I may try to get another batch done for Friday. Not sure since John has that day off!

Let me know if you see any boo-boos. We are up to truck # 1399!!! smile

A few other notes, Matt Bellamy sent some largers pictures of his 1966 Chevy. The original pictures that were in last week's Bolt Whirl were pretty small. Now you can see some of the detail on the truck. Nice shots!

And Jeff Davis (who had the 1941 Chevy Canadian Military Vehicle) -- he sent a before picture! Man, what a wreck. I mean, what a great *project* grin

Thanks for posting the pics of my 56 Peg! <<http://www.stovebolt.com/gallery.htm>>

By the way, in the revolving photos on the main page, that's NOT a pic of me sitting in the driver's seat. Can anyone indentify the handsome lad?? : )

Thanks Peggie! This website seems to be growing exponentially. Back in 99 when I first started hanging around here there might have been 200 trucks in the gallery. Keep up the good work!!

Frank50 -- I remember the day when it was a big announcement in the monthly newsletter that we had 10 new trucks! Where are they all coming from?

I have 52 in my box still to do!

Larry -- don't know who the handsome lad is. Is it someone we *should* know?

Jeff -- glad to see you posted here. Hope some of the others will chime in.

Peg -- All depends... I hear you & John don't watch much TV so you may not recognize him : )

Joker -- Not a GMC pal! She's a purebred Chevy!

Jeff -- Nice ride! Must be especially nice to know it was your Grandfathers!

jwisham - i like your truck. i had a 72 for my first truck. hang on to that one, they are great trucks. my favorite thing about my 72 was the ignition, i loved having the key in the dash! that was the clincher when i looked at my 61. i saw that it had the dash ignition switch and i was sold. my 61 is in okay shape but my 72 was a beauftiful truck. i see it every now and then, the guy got it painted and it looks great. anyway, hang on to that gem and have fun with it.

OK, so apparently everyone gave up trying to identify the guy sitting in my truck in the revolving photos on the gallery page. It's the grey truck (it IS painted) with the Ferns Country Store logo on the side... The gent is Tom Silva of This Old House....

Tom took my Bolt for a spin and offered to trade me for his new GMC (show sponsor)... I told him fagettaboutit. He's a terrific guy... said he'd love to have an old Bolt.

Cliff,

For a while, we thought maybe Pope John Paul was one. We alway had one hit coming to us from Vatican City. And after he passed away, no more hits!!

Any for sure? Don't know.

Chevymann,

Glad to do it. It's good you were able to come up with some larger images. Really nice truck. Now you need to include your gallery page in your signature, so lots of people can drool over it.

Peg
