My first instinct would be to replace the valve cover gasket;that's about the only gasket surface that gets disturbed via service on the old stovebolts. Does it leak more when you drive it,or when it's parked? Or is as bad either way? Other possibilities would be: lifter cover, timing gear cover, harmonic balancer seal, rear main, oil filter lines or canister (if you have a filter on your engine),fuel pump gasket. Gaskets shouldn't cost much, and there's a lot of places that will have what you need.I doubt there's a gasket or seal in your engine that'd be more than 15 or 20 dollars. You might check some of the vendors you see referenced on this website for your parts.
