I asked this question awhile back. JUst dont remember what yall said. I have a 64 chevy short stepide c-10. I want to put a short box on it. Will the short box line up with the fame holes as the stepide? if yes does all the 60-66 short beds the same?

you have a short box on it already.

Do you mean you want to put a short fleetside bed on it, in place of the short stepside bed?

As far as I know the bolt holes line up the same... makes sense from an assembly standpoint.

http://www.chevytalk.com - do a search in 60-66 trucks -it's prolyl floating around in there somewhere.

yes the short fleetside bed and the short stepside bed have the same mounts and mounting holes.

Yes 60-66 beds are the same.

the stepside mounts varied 62 to 63 because of frame width.www.mar-k.com has the details.

zenish - ah yes... I forgot about that bit... good call.

so, Bambino if yer gonna swap get a '64-'66 bed... but keep in mind a '66 fleetside bed will have the reverse lights which became standard in '66. on '64 and '65 it was an option.
